This is not a problem! ESPC Legal will still work for you even if the other side of the transaction are not using the ESPC Legal platform.

When you create your transaction, you should select the other side as normal. Non-users will receive an invitation to contact us at ESPC to consider using ESPC Legal. You should use ESPC Legal as normal but note that:

• Documents added to the Documents widget will not be sent to the otherside, you will have to email them copies
• Observations will have to be emailed to the other side as usual.
